Jennifer Willemsen is Cantonal Judge in The Court of The Hague.
She used to be lawyer and partner of Schipper Noordam after she transferred in 2006 to Schipper Noordam as partner of NautaDutilh. She combined her activities as a lawyer with her activities as a Deputy Cantonal Judge. In 2011 she quitted her work as a lawyer and chose for the Court. We are very glad she chose to continue her activities as an NMI-certified mediator with Schipper Noordam.
Jennifer Willemsen was involved in writing numerous publications on employment law, a.o. the chapter on collective dismissal in the Sdu Manual on Employment law 2006-2007.
