General:

Guus Schipper is one of the founders of Schipper Noordam and presently member of the management board of the firm. With regard to corporate law, Guus Schipper is merely focused on advising clients from all areas on a broad range of corporate matters, including the strategic approach of (potential) corporate disputes. Guus Schipper represents frequently mid-size and large domestic and foreign companies before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal and is also involved in other dispute proceedings. The experience of Guus Schipper in the area of corporate disputes resulted in his appointment of investigator of the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. As from 2002 till 2009 Guus Schipper was member (and vice dean) of the Supervisory Council of the Rotterdam Bar Association. Since 2010 he is involved in disciplinary law as substitute member of the Board of Discipline of the Dutch Bar Association.
