General:

Gijs Noordam, LL.M. is well known as a lawyer in the maritime practice. In 2006 Gijs Noordam transferred to Schipper Noordam and was the manager of the partnership of our firm until 2008. Gijs Noordam started his career at the Rotterdam firm Nauta Dutilh, from 1988 until 2006 he was a partner at that firm. Gijs Noordam collects rare ship models and is the author of various collections of short stories about the law practice. Gijs Noordam is a columnist for the magazine Mainport.
